Cancellation Policy

All reservations made must be paid in full within 48 hours of making that reservation.
No Refunds will be given to "no shows" or cancellations. If you cancel within 24hrs of your scheduled meeting, you will recieve a credit towards another service. Super Joe's will honor every scheduled meeting unless a state of emergency is declared in the State of Ohio, Lake County, or the city of Painseville.
